From line employees to C-level executives, everyone needs feedback in order to grow personally and professionally. 360fyi offers custom, web administered, multi-rater employee assessments focused squarely on gathering feedback relevant to the skills, competencies, behaviors, and practices people at all levels need to perform their respective job.
Assess an individual or an entire group. Administer an assessment for one person or build the same project with several people receiving feedback. Each person would have their own set of respondents and would receive a separate report.
Support Developmental Planning. Recipients of feedback can use the feedback to create, implement, and monitor their own development, coaching and mentoring plans.
Identify Learning & Development Needs for the Organization. Internal HR and T&D professionals can easily roll-up data from multiple reports into aggregate group data. Use this data to identify organization-wide performance gaps and more effectively target learning and development resources.
Project Content. When it comes to what’s included you have lots of options. You can use your own content and/or select items from an extensive library with the following categories: Executive Leadership - Personal Leadership – Team Leadership – Sales Management - Salesperson Skills – Instructor – Collaborative Consulting - Administrative Staff – Post Training Support.
Confidential and Anonymous. Respondent feedback is password protected and administered via a secure remote server. Your projects are….yours. Your data is never shared or used for benchmarking purposes outside your organization.
Pricing. A typical project includes basic set-up, web-based administration, and a comprehensive report for one person. Additional individuals (feedback recipients) may be added to the same project.Any additional fees (in the event a more comprehensive level of customization is required) would be negotiated during the initial engagement and alignment discussion. (Special pricing considerations are available for organizations with limited resources.)
